Crystal has been an aesthetician for over 17 years and working in the skin care industry since 2001.

In 2009 she worked as a Medical Aesthetician up until she moved to Madison to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison to continue her studies in biology and pre-medical studies. Wanting to eventually to become a physician specializing in Dermatology, she continued to work as an aesthetician while attending school.

In 2013 she moved to Jefferson where her husband (Trent Gerick) was born and raised. After getting married and expecting their first child, she graduated and put medical school on hold.

After being blessed with 3 children, she decided to open KLAR Skin Spa. She fell in love with the beautiful town of Jefferson, and to pay tribute to its German heritage she chose KLAR because it is a German word that translates to Clear. She looks forward to using her medical and skin care knowledge to educate clients and help them feel good about their skin.

Currently she has gone back to nursing school to be able to work along side our current nurse injector doing injectables. She specializes in corrective, preventative, anti-aging and acne treatments. With her background in Science and the Medical Field, she can help educate clients and treat them more accurately to help reach their individual skin goals.
